  • Coordination of strategic human resource management Procedures, manuals, systems and Policies in line with public services laws, rules and regulations
  • Coordination of recruitment process
  • Administration of Staff benefits and Compensation
  • Coordination of College & Campuses Administration and Human Resource Units
  • Coordination of the staff Capacity development
  • Ensuring Management of staff performance and evaluation
  • Coordination of Employee services and Counseling
  • Seeking partnership (working relations) with Internal and External HR related institutions to implement training plan to enhance capability and competency of UR staff.
